New – How to log a ticket with Hamilton Systems

Logging a ticket has never been easier with Hamilton Systems. 

You can use a few options, either call us on 01423 438953 or use the Client Portal.

How to log a ticket with Hamilton Systems

  • In Windows go to the bottom right area – If visible it will be a HS orange icon, if not visible use the ^ arrow.

  • Right Click the HS Icon and select either Request Support or Take Screenshot and Request Support

Look for the HS Icon in the Taskbar

The HS icon will either show near the clock or you may need to press the ^ arrow to reveal it.

You can either request support or attach a screenshot with the support request.

Complete Company details and priority

Complete company details and state whether the issue / request is just for you or the whole company.
