What Is It Going To Cost?
So, what’s it going to cost to get this great IT Service, fixed monthly costs & your peace of mind? The long answer is that it depends on exactly what you need and the number of employees, devices & offices.
Our service is tailored to fit your business and to fully understand how you operate. We ensure you get the most return on your investment with us, by addressing the challenges that your business faces and making the technology work better for you.
HTS don’t believe in just reactively fixing the same recurring issues day after day, wouldn’t it be better if they didn’t happen at all, or were at least kept to a minimum? In short, depending on exact requirements, you’re looking in the range of £55+ per user/per month (which excludes licensing).
If you need to add in some 24/7 advanced Security services, we can consult on your needs and advise as to any additional per-user costs.
Services are a minimum of 5 supported users or the equivalent £275 per month, excluding licensed software.

Ad-Hoc & Banked Hours
We understand that some clients prefer to pay for a number of hours in advance rather than set pricing, we facilitate this into 3 set blocks:
Example:
40 Hours = £3200/£80 Per Hour
30 Hours = £2550 / £85.00 Per Hour
20 Hours = £1800/£90 Per Hour
The regular rate would be £100+VAT.
Hourly Rates
Hamilton Systems charge rates are based on half an hour minimum for standard issues, Outlook and Remote work is a minimum of one hour.
The standard hourly rate without a support plan is £110/hr +VAT within office hours and the emergency rate is 1.5x the hourly rate.
Admin, remote or home-related work is charged at £85/hr +VAT within office hours (subject to additions if required).
Hourly rates are included in the remote support plans unless specified or excluded project work.
We are happy to offer hourly blocks for project work or for on-site work, just speak to your account rep.
IT Support Day Rates & Onboarding Day Rates
Sometimes it can make economic sense to hire us for the day, the pricing for this is as follows:
Basic PC-type engineer work = £600 per day
Microsoft 365 engineer = £650 per day
Standard Network engineer = £700 per day
Senior engineer (consultant) = £800 per day
