we have adjusted our managed plans to suit our customer requests.
Due to a demand for a multi-tier plan, we decided that it would be best to provide a service model that our customers wanted.
Meet Cygnatech our popular Managed Services plan, and we now include Online Backup in our Cygnatech Max and higher tiers.
What Is Included?

Clear Temporary/Junk Files
Clear leftover Windows Update Files (often multiple GBs of space taken)

Frequently scan system files and repair any errors
Managed Anti-virus (optional with the Cygnatech Pro, Cygnatech Max & above)
Managed Malware Protection
Managed Ransomware Protection
Maintenance Plans set for daily/weekly/monthly
Prevents Browser hijacking and spam
Windows Updates

We think it is only fair to be upfront and honest with our pricing, we understand the importance of a good backup but sometimes you may already have something in place so we provide the options for you.

* Antivirus / Malware & Ransomware included. Software is deployed after installation of Cygnatech Managed Services Plan.
Please remove any other Protection software prior to installing our software.
** Online backup is included with Cygnatech Max & Ultimate, however,
please note there are storage limitations on the plan offered.
We will contact you following your purchase to establish your storage requirements.
*** Pick up and drop off for repairs subject to reasonable distance limitations,
any further than 25 miles will be subjective to milage charges.
